Create a Clarity account
Sign up with your email or Google account. No credit card is required to start connecting accounts.
Open the Connect page and select your institution
Navigate to the Connect page, search for your bank or brokerage, and select it from the Plaid-powered institution list.
Authenticate with your institution
Log in with your institution credentials through Plaid Link. Clarity never sees or stores your banking password.
Choose accounts to track and sync
Select checking, savings, credit, or investment accounts. Clarity pulls balances, transactions, and holdings automatically.
Account balances
Current and available balances for checking, savings, credit, and loan accounts.
Transactions
Up to two years of transaction history with merchant names, categories, and amounts.
Investment holdings
Securities, positions, and cost basis for brokerage and retirement accounts.
